With the guidance of the Labor Union Zhongshan Street, with the support of company management, especially GM Xiao Donglei, and with the cooperation of all employees, Shanghai H.K Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. established the Labor Union Committee on August 30, 2022. The first Labor Union Committee is composed of three members including Dongliang Ren and other two staffs.

The establishment of the Labor Union marks a new stage of the company’s regularization. The Labor Union will play roles well with its basic functions: to safeguard the legal rights & interests of employees; to motivate and organize employees to fulfill the company’s economic targets and development tasks; to organize employees to participate in the company management; to educate and help employees constantly improve their ideological & moral quality and scientific & cultural quality in order to build a workforce with good ideals, morality, culture and discipline.
