  • Responsibilities

    1. Comprehensively responsible for daily work and affairs of the project department on site;
    2. Engineering project construction organization design, construction progress preparation, equipment and material delivery time progress plan preparation, the formulation and control of the material progress plan;
    3. Comprehensive control of the project construction site (control of safety/health/personnel/engineering quality/schedule/cost and other control) with the coordination of the owners, design, and other aspects, and the relevant issues in the construction process will be coordinated and resolved;
    4. Organize the construction of various professional engineers at the site to improve the construction of the construction and the establishment of the construction completion data, organize construction acceptance, settlement of the project of owners and construction units;

  • Requirements

    1. Electromechanical engineering \ HVA
    2. Have on -site installation and management experience of industrial plant and electrical engineering or electronic clean -up plant project for more than 5 years;
    3. Can be proficient in software such as CAD/Office/Project/Tiantong;
    4. Strong project communication ability, rich project management experience; can adapt to long -term business business;
    5. Be able to independently compile the construction organization plan and engineering schedule plan, and be proficient in related engineering volume review;
    5. Those who have the second level of mechanical and electrical installation (including level 2) or above or clean room air -conditioning design experience are preferred;
    6, can endure hardships and stand hard work, have the spirit of teamwork.

    Complete the budget cost and quotation of mechanical and electrical projects arranged as required as required:
    1. The list of materials for each project will be prepared, including the specifications, models, and materials of the materials. In the total material planning, the main material should be prepared according to the site, and the consumables should be prepared by engineering;
    2. Can be responsible for preparing the construction drawing, details settlement and work analysis of the project, the subcontracting of the compilation project, the settlement of the labor service layer;
    3. The monthly project progress budget and material difference will be prepared (the actual price of the market price or finance is provided by the material staff) and reported to the relevant departments for approval in a timely manner;
    4. In the engineering bidding stage, participate in bidding documents, bidding and contract review, collect cost materials of each engineering project, and provide a basis for bidding;
    5. Responsible for the budget and budget quotation of the bidding quota and bid quota of construction, structure, and electromechanical projects;
    6. Proficient in using quota calculation software, proficient calculation of the calculation of the calculation of the water and electricity heating, the cost inquiry and quotation of the water and electricity heating equipment materials.

  • Requirements

    1. College degree or above, undergraduate priority (budget cost -related major);
    2. Familiar with the cost software of Guanglianda and Luban, calculation software; more than 3 years of cost budget experience is preferred.
